On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Rudder High School standout Christopher Benavidez’s current college team, the Sam Houston Bearkats, won 13-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Missouri State Bears.
The game took place at Don Sanders Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Bears this season.
The Bearkats’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 16 at 12 p.m. at Don Sanders Stadium against Missouri State Bears.
