On Sunday, Feb. 16, former College Station High School standout Amar Tsengeg’s current college team, the Northwestern Wildcats, won 4-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Long Beach State Beach.
The game took place at Bohl Diamond at Blair Field. This was their third matchup against the Beach this season.
The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 12 p.m. at USA Baseball National Training Complex against Harvard Crimson.
