College Station High School standout Michael Elko’s college team lost in NCAA Division I baseball game on Friday, Feb. 28

On Friday, Feb. 28, former College Station High School standout Michael Elko’s current college team, the Richmond Spiders, lost 17-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Penn State Nittany Lions.

The game took place at Malcolm U. Pitt Field. This was their first matchup against the Nittany Lions this season.

The Spiders’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 1 p.m. at Malcolm U. Pitt Field against Boston Eagles.
