Friday, Feb. 28: Lexington High School standout Kynleigh Evans’ college team wins to Monmouth Hawks

On Friday, Feb. 28, former Lexington High School standout Kynleigh Evans’ current college team, the Houston Christian Huskies, won 4-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Monmouth Hawks.

The game took place at Youngsville Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Hawks this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, April 17 at 3 p.m. at Lamar Softball Complex against Lamar Lady Cardinals.
