On Sunday, March 16, former Lexington High School standout Kinsey Hobbs’ current college team, the Sam Houston State Bearkats, won 9-8 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Middle Tennessee State Blue Raiders.

The game took place at Blue Raider Softball Field. This was their third matchup against the Blue Raiders this season.

The Bearkats’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 6 p.m. at Davis Diamond against Texas A&M Aggies.
