Michael McCaul, U.S. Representative for Texas’s 10th congressional district, recently shared updates on energy innovation and U.S. foreign policy via his official social media account.
On October 16, 2025, McCaul highlighted a new partnership in Texas energy development, stating, “I’m consistently amazed by the cutting-edge projects & innovation at @TAMU — & this announcement is no exception. The bold partnership between Last Energy & RELLIS will help ensure Texas leads the way in powering our nation with reliable, clean, & safe energy for years to come.”
Later that day, he discussed ongoing support for Ukraine following a diplomatic meeting: “It was a pleasure to meet with @AndriyYermak ahead of President Trump’s meeting with President Zelensky this week. We discussed ways the U.S. can continue to help Ukraine push back on Russian aggression, including through weapons and counter-drone technology, sanctions, and more.”
On October 17, 2025, McCaul addressed further efforts regarding Ukraine in cooperation with the Congressional Ukraine Caucus: “Proud to join the @UkraineCaucus on this important letter, which:
—commends @POTUS’ peace-making efforts
—supports his stated intention to deliver more weapons
—calls for new sanctions against Russia
—recognizes the First Lady’s advocacy for abducted Ukrainian children and”
Michael McCaul has held his seat since first winning election in 2004 and has repeatedly secured re-election by significant margins. In the most recent contest in 2024, he defeated Theresa Boisseau with over 63% of the vote. He also prevailed in previous elections against Linda Nuno (2022), Mike Siegel (2020 and 2018), and Tawana Walter-Cadien (2016 and 2014), consistently receiving a majority of votes.
