On Sunday, Feb. 9, former Franklin High School standout Riley Hood’s current college team, the McMurry War Hawks, won 12-2 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the LaGrange Panthers.
The game took place at Shehee Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Panthers this season.
The War Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 14 at 7 p.m. at Walt Driggers Field against Concordia Tornados.
