On Sunday, April 6, former Franklin High School standout Riley Hood’s current college team, the McMurry War Hawks, won 7-0 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Austin Roos.
The game took place at Walt Driggers Field. This was their third matchup against the Roos this season.
The War Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 6 p.m. at Katt-Isbel Field against Texas Lutheran Bulldogs.
