On Saturday, March 8, former College Station High School standout Michael Elko’s current college team, the Richmond Spiders, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Lafayette Leopards.
The game took place at Malcolm U. Pitt Field. This was their first matchup against the Leopards this season.
The Spiders’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 2 p.m. at Malcolm U. Pitt Field against UMass Lowell Riverhawks.
