On Sunday, March 23, former Mumford High School standout Damian Castorena’s college team won in an NCAA Division I baseball game

On Sunday, March 23, former Mumford High School standout Damian Castorena’s current college team, the Tarleton State Texans, won 8-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks.

The game took place at Tarleton Baseball Complex. This was their third matchup against the Lumberjacks this season.

The Texans’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 2 p.m. at Dan Law Field at Rip Griffin Park against Texas Tech Red Raiders.
