On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Franklin High School standout Cort Lowry’s current college team, the Tarleton State Texans, lost 11-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Kansas Jayhawks.
The game took place at Tarleton Baseball Complex. This was their third matchup against the Jayhawks this season.
The Texans’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 6 p.m. at Lupton Baseball Stadium at Williams-Reilly Field against TCU Horned Frogs.
