On Wednesday, April 9, former College Station High School standout Sage Scarmardo’s current college team, the Purdue Boilermakers, won 8-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Eastern Illinois Panthers.

The game took place at Bittinger Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Panthers this season.

The Boilermakers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15 at 5 p.m. at Bittinger Stadium against IUPUI Jaguars.
